2250 - Uprgade problem

Hi,



Have a number of 2250 (3c16476bs)switches in a school. All showing the same behaviour as described in Solution ID - 3KB18360. The solution is to perform a software upgrade. I have tried this on a couple of the switches but each time I get a CRC error when it attempts to apply the software upgrade.



What am I doing wrong!?
