2948 48 Port Switch Web interface missing info

When I log into my switch it does not show active port status, also some menus are missing, and when I try to create a Link Aggrigation it appears to do nothing, but when I click on the ports to assign VLANs they appear to work. I have 15 switches just like this one and don't have the same issue. In fact I tried backing up the config from another switch and restoring it on this switch and the whole config seems to restore but I can't see or remove link aggrigations. Also I tried upgrading to the lastest firmware, and nothing changed, although the firmware did upload and install.



Could this be a defective switch? Besides the web interface everything else appears to work fine.
