2952 SFP major problem

ITEMS:

1 x 2952 SFP (3CRBSG5293)

1 x SFP module (3CMSFP91)

I have problem to connect this 3 Com with a Nortel 8148 TX switch (with 8108 GBIC SFP module on 8010 chassi all of these) via SFP port. When i connect the cable the link from 3com SFP (49 port) is green, but from the other side (nortel) no and of course i don't have communication.

I try to connect this 3 Com with a Baynetworks and with a Allied switches with success. But not with the Nortel.

Is there any incompability between these devices?

I check all my optical cables, i try another SFP module (allied) but with no luck..

I try 3 Com SFP module on Allied and is OK.

I try Nortel with other two switches and is ok..

But 3 Com with the Nortel no connection..

Let´s see what happens when you set the port from "Auto" to "1000BaseX"
