3 COM 2226 Switches web admin help.

Hello,

We have two 24 port 3com 2226 base line switches.  Im trying to access the admin panel on both but Im only getting to one of them.  My FW sees it but its unidentified.  The IP address its tied to doesnt work.  The second switch is seen and accesible.  They both work rhough if the switch wasnt working well it wouldnt be working.

 

I get no ping reply on the first and I get one on the seoncd but with a 25% packet loss.

 

Does anyone have any insight on this to access the switch via the panel we it wont seem to IP?
