3COM Baseline 2924-SFP Plus password recovery ?

I have some 3COM Baseline 2924-SFP Plus. i forget password how to reset it .

I cant believe it. 3 months and 3com dont say nothing :( . I have the same problem and this switch dont have reset buttom.
