3Com 2-Port 10-Gigabit Local Connection Module

Hello All,



Can I use a 3Com® 2-Port 10-Gigabit Local Connection Module (3C17767) to connect to servers with a 10 GB NIC? Or is this module used for interconnect between switches?

These modules are used only in switches connections; in order to provide 10G connections to servers, you can use XFP or SFP+ transceivers, with corresponding modules.
