3Com Switch 4500G 24-Port - SNMP OID

Hi,



I'd like to ask some help. I have an 3Com 4500G switch with 3Com OS V5.01.03s56. Someone can help me with the following snmp oids and mibs? I'm looked for them everywhere but no usable result. 







>5 Minute CPU AVG

>Free Memory Remaining

>Total Memory of Device
