3com SNMP issue

I have set community string on 3com 4200 box,where do i need to add SNMP server in 3com Box as SNMP server is not able to reach my Device.....



Pls suggest

use the snmp-agent target-host trap address udp-domain x.x.x.x x.x.x.x command
