Re: 4210 Access Web Problem

Try to change the user permissions using local-user command, adding the lan-access permission:

local-user admin

service-type lan-access

Re: 4210 Access Web Problem

At first, try to create another user, with same permissions, if does not work, check the web application file, if its compatible with the app file.I already faced the same problem sometimes in the 4500 and 5500 switches, and when I created new users the web access started to work. It's really weird, but happened to me several times.

Re: 4210 Access Web Problem

Well, I would try the following steps:

1. Try to create a new user with all rules applied:

local-user test

password simple pwd2010test

level 3

service-type terminal telnet ssh

service-type lan-access

ssh user test authentication password

ssh user test service all

user-interface vty 0 4

protocol inbound all

authentication-mode scheme

rsa local create

2. <4210> dir

Check if the .app file and the web file are in the same release.

3. Upload the web file again in order to confirm the integrity of the file.

I cannot see anything else to do beyond the procedures above.
