4500 vlan acl control how?

Folks I a newbie in 3com switch and just got the gadget.I know it posibble control one vlan to access or deny another vlan access but can I know how to do it?



For eg.

vlan 1 & vlan2 can route and ping to each other but not to vlan 3,4 & 5

vlan 3,4 & 5 can route and ping to each other but not to vlan1 & vlan2



I appreciate any help and advise.

you can add ACLs (Access control lists). But it gives jo more problem then it helps. Belive in me :-)



Better ist to use an Switch with VRFs. 3Com 5800 is the cheapest of them.
