4500G Upgrade
We recently downloaded and tried to upgrade a 4500G switch to the latest firmware. We did not however load the .btm file in first - we should have I know. I can't ping or connect to the switch now and when we connect via the console port we get this over and over:

The Ctrl-B, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V all do not work, it just keeps booting. What can we do?

Same as me but now work I use Ctrl-B and work OK
try to click Ctrl-B before the count go to zero Boot Menu... 0

You have to press Ctrl-B before the "0" appears ... i know it's nealy a second. Have you disabled all FlowControl Features in your Terminal Application?
