5500-EI and IGMP Snooping

Hey guys. Hoping somebody can help me out with this.



I'm having a problem with a 5500-EI switch and it dealing with different versions of IGMP. We have servers running NT which use IGMP v.2 and servers running XPe with IGMP v.3. With IGMP Snooping enabled, I have seen no multicast communications from IGMP v.2 devices at times and it takes 5-6 minutes before the switch starts sending the multicast traffic. I have verified the device is in fact sending the data, but it seems like the switch is not forwarding the multicast traffic.
