5820X 24XG JC102B vs 5820AF 24XG JG219B - Whats the difference?

Hi,

what is the difference between the HPE FlexFabric 5820X 24XG SFP+ Switch JC102B and HPE FlexFabric 5820AF 24XG Switch JG219B? They seems to have same specs and ports. Why does the latter need two fans (and will only work 2 min without fans) and 650 W PSU, while the former doesnt need fans and only needs 300w PSU ?
