can you add a module to a 4 slot 5950 switch without powering it down?

Despite documentation seems to be lacking about that essential bit of information (and it's not about Power and Fan modules declaring them Hot-Pluggable), I'm pretty sure you can. Nowhere it's written to power down the Switch before proceeding with physical removal/installation of any supported module (take, as example, the JH180A). which is supported by JH404A).
