Active/Passive state on 3Com 3870 Switches

Active/Passive state on 3Com 3870 Switches

I've got a device on a port that is getting ARP storms and resetting itself.  I need to change the port from Active to Passive to aviod the restarts. 



How would I accomplish this?  Can I do this from the Command Line or the GUI?
