BFD session not coming up
I have a L3 switch HP 5900AF-48G-4XG-2QSFP+ Switch with 2 Processors, Configured with BFD with OSPF using 2 Ten Gig interface with multiple vlans per interface.
Via one link OSPF and all BFD sessions are forming properly i.e. total 32 BFD sessions are forming through this Link.
But on other link OSPF neighbor forming properly and loading to FULL state, but BFD sessions are not at all forming
Some sample logs are attached here:--

%May 31 02:37:00:042 2017 lko-mcRNC6-mcRNC7-pSw OSPF/5/OSPF_NBR_CHG: OSPF 5556 Neighbor 10.187.42.196(Vlan-interface153) from Loading to Full.
%May 31 02:36:59:157 2017 lko-mcRNC6-mcRNC7-pSw STP/6/STP_DETECTED_TC: Instance 0's port Ten-GigabitEthernet1/0/51 detected a topology change.

No Control hello exchange mesages are observed in terminal monitor, Is there any settings at controller etc.
Need immediate help!

Is there any way to enhance BFD Sessions upper limit of 32 for HP Comware Software, Version 7.1.035, Release 2208P01,
Need some technical help on this asap.
