Baseline Plus 2848 Bricked - How to RESET
I attempted to install the latest software update to my 2848 switch but it never happened. The switch said it was applying the update but after 1/2 an hour no progress had been made. So I swapped it with a 2928 I had sitting around.
The problem is the 2928 doesn't have enough ports and I desperately need to get everyone back online for tomorrow.
Is there a way to reset a 2848 that can't be accessed by the web gui? I can't see a tiny little reset button anywhere. When I power the switch on the power light is flashing green as if the switch is booting but it never stops.
Is there hope for this switch?
Thanks,
MJ
