Connecting 3COM Baseline 2928-SFP Plus Switches

I am currently using four 3COM Baseline 2928-SFP Plus Switches for our company network. However, they are only connected to each other via a single cable plugged into a 1gb port on each switch.

There must be a faster, better way to do this. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Please bear in mind that I'm fairly new to networking!

You can enable the LACP protocol on the uplink ports and use two uplinks per switch, creating automatic link aggregation groups. This feature increases the throughput (2 x 1Gbps) and provides redundancy.

HTH.
