Re: ERPS ring between HPE 5510 and ISW Series switches
Greetings, I'm not an expert about Ethernet Ring Protection Switching (ERPS) and I totally ignore what exactly ISW Switch Series is (not HPE for sure)...but ERPS on HPE FlexNetwork 5510 Switch Series can be deployed following its High Availability Guide (read about ERPS starting from page 92).
I'm not an HPE Employee

Re: ERPS ring between HPE 5510 and ISW Series switches
ISW Switches : Industrial Ethernet Switches
In my case, i use ComNet Switches
I'd tried deploy ERPS following the HPE 5510 High Availability Configuration Guide, but i have many difficulties concerning :
* MD : Maintenance Domain * MA : Maintenance Associations ... also the fact that MA serves a Vlan !
In the other Switches, it's very simple to create a MEP. Domain is the port, and i have no MA... I use the Web GUI for doing it
