Interesting but the MSIP ID you provided (MSIP-REM-HPe-BJNGA-AD0072) is the authorization ID assigned by the Ministry of Science, ICT & Future Planning to identify wireless products in the Korean market...so what?

The question indeed should be: if and when the HPE FlexFabric 5980 Switch Series (so I've read it on the link above) will hit global markets (USA and/or RoW Rest of World)?

Would be nice to see an HPE FlexFabric Roadmap for 2018...for lucky guys that will place their hands on those great ToR units.

Only from the point of view of fixed ports it looks like similar to the HPE FlexFabric 5940 48SFP+ 6QSFP28 (SKU: JH390A).
