I formatted the switch becasue it was having issues so i figured it would be eaiser to reload. I go into Basic Boot Menu, Update Full Bootrom , use Xmodem to transfer the firmware that i downloaded from here 1950_7.10.R3115P03 upload the 1950_7.10.R3115P03.ipe file and still won't boot. What am I not doing or need to do different? Can someone please list the steps for me and help me out? /G\

How did you supposedly formatted the Switch?
Did you read the Appendix B "Upgrading software" which is available on each Release Note to restore (the Switch) to its factory default configuration via Extended Boot Menu or what?
The word "formatting"...is not an option IMHO, did you exectued the restore factory-default command via CLI or what?
P.S.
Your other identical post here should be deleted (avoid double posting).

I'm glad that you worked it out with your own hands. Good job.
