GET PSU Error in HP Switch 5500G-EI 24

We have a problem on our switch 3com Switch. On our 'Device View' tab, the power supply is showing red, and when we click on it we get the somewhat mysterious (and poorly spelled) error:

GET PSU Error.

Has anyone seen this before? Please help us.

The psu error, caused by a failure in one power module fans.

I have this same problem.

What can this cause? It is possible to fix this problem?
