VRRP does not support active/active - only active/passive.

VRRP is always active/passive.
Ofcourse you can configure two VRRP domains with different routes and thus both are active.
Enhanced VRRP (EVRRP) might be a possibility in the future, to go active active all the way.

If its not possible with VRRP. Can i use IRF for Active/Active ?
I have 2 HP A5500 EI 24G switches and can i configure these switches as Master/Master Mode .
What are the the basic requirements. How to configure these 2 switches in Master/Master Mode.

IRF is allways Master/Master for forwarding services like switching and routing.
