HP Switch 5130

HP 5130-48G-PoE+-4SFP - I am a newbie to Switches, i have upgraded the firmware to the latest update, but I now need to put the old firmware back on.  Can anyone tell me how to do this?  Easy steps please.

Is the original firmware/software still in flash?

What is the reason for the downgrade?
