HP switch stuck in "Please input task ID" mode

Hello,

we have HP A5500 switch and sudenly we noticed that it want in some strange mode where we can do anything.

It looks like this 

Please input task ID that blocked by message queue,or 0 for all queue: 

We cannot do anything from here just look at the some stats. 

Does anyone knows how to exit this mode ? 
We rebooted it and we have the same problem after 5 days.

This is how it looks like when I choose option 0.

I've never seen that before.  Can you do a couple of things for me?

1. Can you tell me the 3C part number or the HP J number so we can figure out exactly what you have?
2. Can you capture the complete startup from the very beginning so that we can see the point where it starts to go wrong?

Hi,

1. it is  HP A5500EI and it has  version 5.20.99, Release 2215.

2. I cannot because it looks like it went in that mode by itself. I know it is strange but I it happended twice already.

Basically soon as I open console session I get only one option, and that is "Please input task ID.."
