@HPE Data Center Expert: HPE 5950: interface Vsi-interface, arp route-direct advertise => IPv6?
Hello,
I configured EVPN and setup interface vsi-interface. For advertising IPv4 host routes there is "arp route-direct advertise", i.e.:
ip binding vpn-instance vpninstance1
ip address 10.77.0.1 255.255.255..0
arp route-direct advertise
distributed-gateway localCurrently there is no support for IPv6, i.e. no ~"nd route-direct advertise". It would be great if you could ask your colleagues at R&D whether this feature is planned.
Any other solution would be great. Currently I started a python script, i.e. ping IPv6 address, reading IPv6 entries from nd neighbor table, create a static /128 route out of it and when the entry disappears delete the static route, but this doesn´t scale well...
Sidenote: Is it possible to take part in a kinde of beta program for Comware based switches?
Regards
