High CPU HP 5500-48G-4SFP-HI

Starting last Friday, one of my switches started reporting high response times.  Network ports don't seem to show a lot of traffic, but the CPU seems a bit busy.  I'm not sure what TD_M is, but that seems to be running a little high?

Anyone have any ideas what that is and why it would be spiking? Switch has been up for 314 days, and I have not altered the config on it.

Re: High CPU HP 5500-48G-4SFP-HI

Uptime value apart (sometime a planned reboot fixes many things) I noticed that software version R5206 is already pretty old now (2013?): what about trying an update to latest software version (probably it should be a R55xxPyy series instead of R52xxPyy series, exactly the very latest R5501P31 of January 2017) to see if CPU Usage falls - during normal operations - below the 50% threshold?

Which special features are actually active on that unit? do you have any port(s) flapping?
