How to build VPN on HSR6602-XG / JG354A router

Hello,
I'm having problem with such a task.
The idea is I have JG354A on the ege with public IP address. Inside corporate network there is a Server to which I want to grant access. The server is on private IP address.
I would like to build a kind of Layer 2 VPN.
Any clinet from Internet shall connect with my JG354A to receive access to internal Server. This client and Server should be in the same subnet so virtual layer 2 network.
The most similar to expected solution which i found is in "Comware 7 Layer 2—WAN Access Configuration Guide" - "Configuration example for client-initiated L2TP tunnel".
In this manual everythig looks good, but I can not establish connection between client and LNS.
I am trying to do this in HP Network Simulator 7.1.50.
I am looking for some advice ...
