Can I combine converged 5900CP and "ordinary" 5900AF in IRF?
I've found some compatibility matrices but there is no CP referred.

Re: IRF 5900CP + 5900AF
VadimM,
That should be fine. They run the same code, similar platform. I haven't tried that lately but you would find out pretty quick if you can't.
Regards,
David

SolutionThe 5900CP and 5900AF in an IRF domain works! In fact this configuration is useful for testing the 5900AF-XGT (10GbaseT) FCoE configuration and connectivity to 3PAR FC storage attached to the 5900CP. 2x or 4x40G IRF lossless connectivity is more than adequate.
add the following to each IRF port for example:
interface FortyGigE1/0/50
priority-flow-control enable
priority-flow-control no-drop dot1p 3
