IRF (Stacking)
Hello,
In IRF/Stack between two A5800, we need to add two SFP+ DA Cable and two SFP+ or one of both is enough?
Regards.

Re: IRF (Stacking)
Hi,
The DA-cables include SFPs at the ends, so just buy two of those.

Re: IRF (Stacking)
What I wonder to know is if the IRF works only with a DA cable or if we need to include two to close the loop ...

Re: IRF (Stacking)
IRF works just fine with one cable, allthough two is recommended.

Re: IRF (Stacking)
Hi!
One is enough - you can have a closed Ring (which you should prefer) or a Daisy Chain ("open" Ring) Topology.
The DA Cables really work fine. Take care about the limits! (max 4 Switches with A5120; max. 4 Switches with A5500-SI, max. 4 Switches with A5500-EI, max 9 Switches with A58x0).
