MRTG problem @ MSR

Hello,

i have HPE MSR routers and when i try to monitor them using MRTG i got the following error:

meanwhile, i monitoring the same router from the same server using solarwinds NPM and everything works fine.

the issue is resolved by activating snmp v1 at the router.
