Quick question about HP (3com) 4800g switches

I have never worked with HP or 3com switches before.  We are almost all Cisco except two switches that came with our blades.  I am just needing to do a basic setup and cant seem to get into the web gui.  I have given it an ip on the vlan we use and changed it to the management vlan.  Do I need to go through and setup dhcp to get into it?  Thank you for any help you can provide.

Have you enabled http server? "ip http server enable"
