SW H3C no arranca ni sale del BOOT MENU

Estimados,

 

Por favor su ayuda, tengo un switch H3C 5800 que cuando lo prendo me aparece la ventana del BOOT MENU y no logro hacer que salga de esa ventana, por tanto no me deja hacer nada.

JoseLuis,

There should be an error message during the startup.  My guess is that it can't find the boot image.

Can you tell us the model number of your 5800 and perhaps post the bootup so that we can see where it is going wrong?
