Switch A5800 Vlan configuration.
Is there another way to configure VLANS for a H3C switch A5800 else than CLI? all documentations show how to on command line.
I heard you gota enable the web interface.
Got all documentations available from H3C and know how to do it via CLI, but my client has poor glutamatergic neurotransmitters (He is slow) and needs graphics.
Thanks

Re: Switch A5800 Vlan configuration.
Once you do the base configuration and enable http, you can use the web interface. The CLI is simpler to use and less cumbersome.

Re: Switch A5800 Vlan configuration.
Yeah I figured out more stuff in the last hour. Hes still gota handle a little bit of command line. All my support by phone!, I hope He endures. (Or I'll have to go to the fantastic turistic city He lives at and help him. What a drag.)
Is it disabled by default for security purposes? What should I tell him?
Thanks by the way.

Re: Switch A5800 Vlan configuration.
HTTP enable is on. You need to set an IP Address, mask, gateway. Follow setup for VTY to set the default password to protect the switches.
