Web UI Intermitten - What to check?

I have HPE Switch 5130 type (software version : 3113P05). 

Sometime I can login to web page administration. Sometime I can not even open the login page. 

For this case, which I have to check? I can login via putty smoothly.

Hi! Are you referring to Comware 7.10 R3113P05 software released of August 2016 (see here as example, eventually modify your SKU)? If so...it's a little bit outdated...have you considered to update first?
