baseline 2426-pwr plus

I have 3com baseline 2426-pwr plus swtich , and my problem is the power is on but after some time the all por led on righ hand off and the aruba access point which connected to the swich  and take the power from the switch is not working and when i switch of the device and swich on again its work for a day or less than and stop again , i have same this problem with 6 swiches

please i neeed help
