console mode

My switch is a 2948 baseline, and it have a ip already. I wanna make some port trunk configuration on console mode, but when I enter to the console the next screen appears:







How can I start the configuration on this screen?

I chose the console mode to configure it, because I dont understand how can I create a trunk link between switches of same model.

My friend, the Baseline does not support trunk configuration on console; actually the only settings you can perform on its console is the IP Address, password and firmware upgrade.

You need to set up the IP Address through console, then connect your workstation to the switch on the same segment(or even use in the workstation the same default segment already configured on the switch) using a browser (IE 5 > up), then proceed the settings.
