h3c a5820x Microsoft NLB 2012 R2 Multicast on VMWare 5.5

Hi, we have 4 h3c a5820x Core Switches. They worked in an IRF Stack, and works fine.

Now we need a MS 2012 R2 NLB Cluster for RDP Connections. And they don't work! I have create two Windows 2012 R2 with two NICs.

SRV1

NIC MGMT

10.1.1.10 /24

10.1.1.254

NIC NLB

10.2.1.10 /24

10.2.1.254

NIC MGMT

10.1.1.254

NIC NLB

10.2.1.11 /24

10.2.1.254

Cluster

10.2.1.12 /24 Multicast!

This Configuration works fine for e.g.. 24 h, and after than, I can't ping or connect over RDP on the Cluster IP Address.

I cannot ping the Cluster IP from the Coreswitches, but I can ping the Coreswitch in the same VLan from the NLB Hosts!

On the VMWare 5.5 Hosts, i dont make any changes.

I have set the entry's ARP Statik, ARP Multicast and undo arp check on the Corewitchens, but don't helps :(
