msr3044 DVPN Configuration

Hello,

I have a hp msr3044 and i am trying to carry out some DVPN configuration. The problem is there is no vam server command in sys vie. Am i doing something wrong

<Router1>system-view
System View: return to User View with Ctrl+Z.

[Router1]vam server
                   ^
 % Wrong parameter found at '^' position.

Is a license required or is this feature not supported on this device?
