split 100GB port to 4x25GB ports

My custimer have FF 5945 

on one  100 GB port  swe plit 100GB port to 4x25GB ports.

Can we fix the Fullduplex mode and speed to 10G on these subinterface (25GB)

Please check the following guide and restrictions and configurations as well, starting from page 28: (this is the manual for release 6607 and newer)
