When I try to connect to the switch using the console port and hyperterminal I can't get to the CLI. I don't see any prompt



I have connected at 9600 baud, 8 data bits no parity 1 stop bit and no flow control.



 



Any ideas?

I thought we have 19200 on the 4800G. And the 2928/2952 does have 38400, I think
