voice VLAN does not recognize some ports in SW 3com 4500

I configured my switche 4500 with feature voice vlan mode auto. There are two ports with the same configuration and only one  take right ip address.  For example

the port 1/0/15 is not showing between Ports in Voice VLAN  and I dont know what else can i check.
