AP9552 console cable pinout / assistance

I inherited a couple of AP9552's. I was able to connect to one via telnet and configure it properply. However, the other one obtains an IP via DHCP (and continously releases/renews) but is unresponsive. I've tried connecting to BOTH units via console without any luck. Does anyone have the correct pinout for the console cable? I found a post that said there was a mistake in the manual but that persons suggestions didn't work. If I use a Cisco console cable, I see garbage at 115200 bps and nothing at 9600 bps. The system/power (?) LED is orange on the problematic unit. It didn't include any software so I also tried downloading/using Widman 6.01. Not sure if that version supports this AP though.
