HP WLC 830 8G POE // Windows System unable to connect wifi.

Dear All,

I have configured my HP WLC 830 8G  with 2 SSID's and i am able to connect my Cell Phone & MAC System to these configured SSID's , but i am unable to connect my Windows systems to these SSID's . Kindly help me to fix this issue.

Yes , Windows 7....

in that case, try setting up the wifi connection on the windows 7 computers manually..    On windows 8 and 10 they connect OK on our setup but windows 7 needed a manual setup.    ADD the SSID manually and the rest of the settings and try again.

Issue still persists , get below error on any of the Windown OS.

"cant able to connect this network"

Issue resolved , after changing Encryption protocol from WEP to WPA2.
