Access Denied on mounting tape

Hi guys,

Can anyone help me with this?

I use my HP UX 11.23 to run SAP and I performed backup using autoloader tape device 1/8 with mt command to change tape.
Yesterday, I attach DAT72 tape device to perform ignite. Suddenly, last night I can not perform my online backup with SAP. It permission denied.
Anyone can help me to solved the problem?

Did you accidentally use the same SCSI address for the DAT72 tape device?

What does 'ioscan -fnC tape' show?
