CRM not working when i enter DNS
ERP/CRM not working, when i enter DNS on
HP-UX 23.
I have tried to enter DNS through SAM.
Kindly provide any suggestion

check the combination /etc/hosts /etc/nsswitch.*(conf), /etc/resolv.conf
nslookup
mikap

What server is your DNS server? Is it a HP-UX server or a windoze server?
If your DNS is a windoze server, you shouldn't enter any DNS configuration in the ERP/CRM server...
