Calling all DTC48 experts!

I need help about DTC48 configuration. Before
several days I receive one used DTC48 box
without any documentation and software.
Do you anyone can help me which software
I must use to configure IP address on this
device ? I have one old 817s server with
hp-ux 9.04. Do I must have DTC Manager/UX for
unix ? Do I can use DTC48 box without hp-ux as
normal terminal server ?
Where I can obtain DTC Manager/UX for 9.04
and how much cost this software ?
