I just install HP-UX 11i v26 and we have 2 HBA card connect to a Hitachi SAN and we create 90 LUN and i see only 30 LUN (disk) in SAM.
What i need to do to see all disk?

How about "ioscan" - does it show more?
Did you check the LUN presentation and zoning?

I din't see more with ioscan, i see 41 disk in SAM and 82 with ioscan.
How i can check the LUN presentation and zoning.

90 luns created total ? wow.
As you are approaching the 90 range and 41 are being seen, I might start to suspect some HBA, FA, masking limitation.
As you are asking how to check zoneing etc, I assume you did not set any of this up. Start talking with your storage admin. They should be responsible for helping known array limitations and respective OSs.

I will check with my SAN admin but HP-UX 11iv2 suppose to support just at 1536 Lun's
