Error message on configuring lotus notes 5.0.6

After running the http setup , i got the following error message. The HP-UX version is 11.00

"Addin: Agent 'ExitSetup' error message: When running on a server, you must have UNRESTRICTED access in order to set environment variables or get system variables"
