Help: HP-UX(trust),Informix error:951

platform is :HP-UX(11.11),INFORMIX(10.00.HC4)

when HP-UX is untrusted:informix can be normally connected.
But when I convert UX to Trusted,Informix can not be connected.Err=-951.

The following is from online.log:
Get Shadow Password for user [informix] failed!
Check for password aging/account lock-out.
listener-thread: err = -951: oserr = 0: errstr = informix@informix: Incorrect passw
ord or user informix@informix is not known on the database server.

You need to contact IBM for a fix or the correct version to support HP-UX. If your version of Informix has a configuration for authentication, make sure you specify Trusted or possibly pam and not Shadow Password. The Trusted system is not the same as shadow password.

Have you tried changing the informix password so that it now matches the password standards that are required under trusted mode?
